Factory Colors Textil SLU owner of Cortinas Factory Colors brand, informs their clients that each and every product made to measure, “traditional curtains and technical curtains, roller blinds, sliding panels,etc”, are originally requested to be produced custom made and therefore do not accept returns, except manufacturing defects and product replacement.

Therefore, once the order has been requested we can not admit the return or Techincal Curtains o Roller Blinds in any of their variations.

Likewise, we inform our clients that we can not assure the same tone of dye in the same reference requested in different orders.
